Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items/wrong merchandise (what you have received is different from what was written on your order confirmation email) must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. Manufacturer defects do happen occasionally and as always, we back these issues with our 100% quality guarantee.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered and reshipped at our expense.
We are not able to offer Returns or Exchanges do to items not fitting properly or the wrong size(different from order confirmation). Please refer to Sizing Charts on all Product pages before ordering.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
All returned merchandise must be unwashed, unworn with tags attached. Worn, washed or de-tagged garments will not be accepted. (All garments are subject to inspection)
